Welcome to Dynamic Player Development! Dynamic Player Development has been a long time coming for these two founders, Coach Aaron and Coach Pomeroy. In 2003, at Shawnee Heights High School, Coach Pomeroy was in his first year coaching while it was Coach Aaron's Senior year as a player. This duo reunited in 2013, bringing to life their shared passion and deep understanding of what it takes to be a successful athlete, including not only the 'on-field' work, but all of the 'off-field' work as well.....enter DPD!

Having a sincere dedication for developing youth athletes is at the center of why they do what they do. There's no better feeling than seeing the excitement from athletes when they accomplish new things. On the flip side, in a game full of failure, they understand the importance of coaching athletes to grow through failure.
